Late February at Deep Portage

A bit of new snow has restored the skiing conditions and the winter cheer. This week we have seen L'Etoile du Nord (St. Paul), Walker-Hackensack-Akeley, and Nettleton (Duluth). Below are photos of Walker students and staff enjoying Bass Pond in Winter.

Mid-Winter at Deep Portage

A cold January went out with a whimper, as temps hit the mid-forties on the 31st. February has thus far been a mix of warm and cold, and we are hoping for new snow to freshen the ski trails. Nearly 100 people came out to make Winter Rendezvous 2009 a great success. Below are photos from the past few weeks at Deep Portage. We hope to see you soon!
